What is Happy Athlete?

Happy Athlete is a functional programming that is not aimed at training or maintaining competitive athletes. It is a program where we eliminate the most routine and boring parts of training for competitors and where fun and entertaining training takes precedence over all. We could call it something more “casual”. Happy Athlete, due to its concept, does not include an invitation code or access to the free training blocks of the RX Standard programming.

Can I use the Training Program if I don't compete or intend to compete?

Of course.

If you are looking for a program that simply helps you be in shape or get the most of yourself without having to propose to compete or not, Training Program may be ideal.

This is possible thanks to the fact that with your plan you have included more than 65 free workouts in blocks and the reduced version of the sequential programming. Also, remember that all programming is scalable to your possibilities and limitations.

Another great option is our Happy Athlete programming.

Happy Athlete is a functional programming that is not aimed at training or maintaining competitive athletes. It is a program where we eliminate the most routine and boring parts of training for competitors and where fun and entertaining training takes precedence over all. We could call it something more “casual”.

With the Happy Athlete you have an invitation code too, but you do NOT have access to the free training blocks.

Where do I download the APP?

At the moment Training Program does not offer APP and the only possible access is through the web.

How long do I need to run the schedule?

The programming is weekly and 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

The execution times vary according to each WOD and each athlete with their physical form and their escalation if necessary. But we can say in average terms that you will need between 35 minutes and 2 hours a day at most to run each WOD. We repeat that this will depend on each WOD and athlete in particular.

What schedules do we have?

All programs include training sessions from Monday to Saturday.

RX Standard (2 pax)

Designed for regular competitors. A Sequential Programming of 77Feet for athletes competing or intending to compete (it is scalable), along with its reduced version (for days when you have a tight schedule) and also to block workouts. A total of more than 65 weekly workouts. 

This plan has a price from € 9,95 / month and includes 1 invitation code to invite a training partner for free. If you decide to share the expense, it would be less than € 5 / month per person.

RX Standard (6 pax)

Same as RX Standard, but Ideal for groups. It gives you access to the sequential programming of 77Feet, to its reduced version (for the days when you have a tight schedule) and also to the block workouts. A total of more than 65 weekly workouts. 

This plan is priced at 24,90 € / month and includes 5 invitation codes to invite a training partner for free. If you decide to share the expense, it would be less than just € 4 / month per person.

RX Plus (1 pax)

Our best product. A plan where we program and design your programming based on your needs, objectives and limitations. A semi-personalized program for the most demanding. Recommended for athletes who compete, intend to compete or want to achieve the best version of themselves. Or, for athletes with some type of limitation due to injury or physical material.

This plan gives you access to weekly feedback with your assigned coach. Of course, this plan also gives you access to sequential, reduced, and block workouts, and exclusively allows you to publish your results publicly.

If you have any limitation due to injury or health, we adapt your RX PLUS programming to your needs.

This plan is priced at € 49,95 / Month and unlike the others, does not include invitation code.

Happy Athlete (1pax)

And you wonder ... And the difference between RX Standard and Happy Athlete?

Happy Athlete is a functional programming that is not aimed at training or maintaining competitive athletes. It is a program where we eliminate the most routine and boring parts of training for competitors and where fun and entertaining training takes precedence over all. We could call it something more “casual”.

With the Happy Athlete you will NOT have any code, nor does it include you have access to the free training blocks.

CF4FUN (1 pax)

A program designed for casual competitors. Similar to RX Standard but without that raw training factor for competition, taking everything on a more fun and dynamic path.

CF4FUN does not have an invitation code and neither does it have access to blocks.

How do I change my plan?

To change plans, you must first unsubscribe from your current plan from your user panel. Once this is done, you will be able to contract the plan you want.
When contracting the new plan you will be charged at the moment.

Note that:

  • As a subscriber, you can only be registered to 1 plan.
  • Keep in mind that when you unsubscribe from a plan, you will lose access to its programming immediately.
  • We recommend that you wait until the end of the billing cycle to be able to switch to your new plan and make the most of the one you have contracted.
  • If you had a guest on your previous plan, they will not have access to your new plan, they will continue with the original subscription.
Is it necessary to invite a partner?

No, it is not mandatory and you can run the programming perfectly alone.

We give you the option to invite a training partner for free so that you can train together. We do this because we strongly defend the added value that the possibility of training as a couple / group gives you. There is no perfect programming, but if the perfect partner that makes you squeeze the most of yourself and have a good time training?

What is the reduced version of the schedule of my plan?

Literally that 🙂. A reduced runtime version for those busy days on the schedule. Because we don't always have the time we want to train efficiently.

What are Blocks?

Some of our plans include a section called “Blocks” in their programming. These blocks are daily free workouts ordered by discipline/exercise to train outside the schedule of your plan. We could say that they are perfect for that day when you don't have time or you don't feel like following the schedule or you are interested in reinforcing weaknesses. They are an extra to the programming of your plan just like the reduced version.

Is the programming scalable?

Yes, but with your plan there is no Scaled version as such included. The escalations are based on the possibilities and limitations of each athlete and it is something that we prefer to leave to the decision of each one.

In case you need to scale any piece of the programming, we advise you to do it yourself based on your possibilities.

What material do I need for the programming?

Ideally, you should have access to all the necessary material that we propose in the program. If not, you will have to be creative and replace the pieces or material of the programming that you do not have with others that you do have available.

We understand that sometimes there are pieces and / or material that is irreplaceable in some training. In that case we advise you to jump to RX PLUS plan, where we design the programming based on your material limitations, objectives and specific needs.

I come out of an injury and I don't know what plan to choose

In cases where you come out of an injury or have some kind of limitation, we recommend the RX Plus subscription. Where your coach will personalize and adapt the programming especially to your needs.

How do invitation codes work?

Once you have registered for the RX Standard (2pax) or RX Standard (6pax) plan, you will be able to find the invitation codes in your user panel. Share 1 code to each person you want to grant access to the programming to be able to train together.

Your fellow guest must formalize a registration from the button REGISTER WITH YOUR CODE from our home page and redeem the invitation code in the final registration step.

I'm going to change my partner. Can I ask for another code?

In case you change your partner and need a new invitation code, you can receive a new code. Send us a message and a new code will be generated.

Your old partner will lose access once your new password is generated.

How can i drop out?

You can unsubscribe at any time from your user control panel or by requesting the unsubscribe by email to our support team.

Your teammates that you share the training schedule with will also lose access to the schedule automatically.

Is your payment system safe?

You can rest assured, We use Stripe as a gateway to all our payments, a leading internet payment gateway platform. It is protected under SSL encryption and encryption for total security of your data at each step of the process.

Can I share my access data?

Each registered user has your own unique login details, these can not be shared with third parties and if done, we are not responsible for the actions carried out by such and the account will be temporarily banned from Automatic.

Will I receive an invoice?
